This bathroom had seen better days and needed a complete gut and remodel. The original 1920's penny tile was able to be retained and now part of a refreshed room.
A complete exterior renovation including asbestos siding abatement, fire walls, new roof, new windows, new siding.
Removing an existing partition wall and an outdated kitchenette allowed for more usable space. A spray foam insulated ceiling assembly helps keep the room comfortably conditioned year round.
This was a full gut renovation and remodel. Full mold remediation and modern upgrades made this a safe and functional place.
Opening up this kitchen space along with energy updates to create a larger and natural light filled room.
